Frozen Gift Set
Was suggested as a Christmas gift idea, that I could make Anna & Elsa from Frozen for a niece of mine.
Pony bases are generation 4.5 Rarities. Same pony, different poses! I felt it was very complimentary for making a set of sisters.
Coated both bases in white gesso to create a texture for the acrylics to bond to.
Anna has a body color of peach acrylics, and Elsa has a paler sunkissed peach acrylic body color. Eyes painted in my style, all paint work sealed in Artists Varnish.
Mane and hair are rooted in nylon mlp dollyhair in the following colors:
Anna- Amaretto, English Toffee, Golden Sun
Elsa- Virgin Snow, White chocolate and honey suckle.
Elsa’s bangs are permanently styled/hardened in hair gel method and a curling iron.
Anna’s attire is all hand stitched with some acrylic paint detailing. Some beads added to the cloak. Boots and black portion of her dress are faux vinyl.
Elsa’s attire- torso of dress are cut and stitched sequin and sheer materials. Skirt is silk, and the cloak is stitched in 2 layers- a white shiny under layer with snowflake and other confetti sequins stitched in place, then a sheer blue layer stitched over top.
