Sweeney's pony base is a engineered pose. White body of a standing pose, and purple head from a... less dynamic standing pose.

Full body repaint in a custom blend of acrylics. I noticed in Sweeney's image references his skin is kind of "gray-scale", so I went with that. Mixed grays, whites, and metallic pigments for the body color.
Eyes are painted in crazy textures... yeah... had fun with that. XD Mostly grays, browns, hints of reds... and pierced the whole thing together with metallic black pigment.

His scalp is re-rooted in curly doll hair in the colors of black and white. I think they're just packages I picked up from the doll-making section of Michael's.

His outfit is entirely hand-sewn.
Could you believe that I couldn't find a single darn place that carried pin-stripe fabric? I suppose I could have travelled a half hour north to Joann Fabrics or 3 hours south to Fabric Depot... but you know what? I use opportunities like this at times, to take creative liberties in designs, by altering them. XD
So this Sweeney custom got a pair of pants sewn from a scarf that had black, gray, white, and silver yarn materials and shiny materials that were in a "striped pattern" that only slightly resembles pin stripe. I'm calling it a "creative flare".
His belt is also authentic leather, detailed in metal wires for the buckle, and hemp. Sewed a white material on for the kerchief, and used leathers for the knife holster and detailed it in gold craft dots.

His boots are authentic deer skin black leather. (Very soft!)

Studying his references... I noticed in one reference his vest was very worn-looking and had a non-descript grayish brown leather... I couldn't find anything like that, anywhere. But on the cover reference, he's wearing a brown vest so I made his vest out of a deep dark authentic deer skin leather.
It's detailed in black buttons, brown hemp, and for the back of it I took two small piece of leather and punched holes in them with a leather puncher, and threaded light brown hemp through the holes, then out-lined the pieces in black hemp.
The white dress shirt is entirely hand-sewn, and another one of those challenging pieces I had to make more than once to get it satisfactory...
His scarf is from the same scarf material I used for the pants.

His coat too... damn it... in one reference, he's wearing a worn-out-looking black leather jacket. Couldn't find that type of leather anywhere... then in another reference, he's wearing what appears to be a light gray denim jacket... so I decided to "meet the two in the middle" with a thin medium charcoal-colored denim material, and I embellished it a tiny by out-lining the collar in black hemp, and antique-colored craft dots.
